These terms apply to the hosted Release Workspace at scan.agentcollusion.ai. The open-source core has its own Apache-2.0 license. The service provider's actual name and address are displayed in Plans & billing before live sales are opened. Contact: contact@agentcollusion.ai.
The service
Free stores one Agent Card project and its two most recent revisions. Pro stores up to five projects and twenty most recent revisions per project. Both include static comparisons when you save a revision, review notes and JSON export. Each card is limited to 64 KiB; notes to 2,000 characters. Saving beyond the revision limit removes the oldest revision. Export any history you need to keep before doing so.
Comparisons assess selected card declarations. They do not certify security, verify signatures, guarantee interoperability or test running agents. Background URL monitoring, notifications, team permissions and an uptime SLA are not included. The service is in beta. Keep independent copies of important documents and review the original cards when making integration decisions.
Access and your content
Your private workspace key is the only account recovery credential. Keep it in a password manager and do not share it. We do not offer email recovery for workspace access. You retain your content and permit us to store and process it to provide this service. Only save content you are authorized to use, without secrets, private keys, credentials or unnecessary personal data. Do not abuse the service or attempt to access other workspaces.
Price, billing and delivery
The monthly amount and currency come from the selected Paddle price and are displayed before checkout. The final total, applicable tax and available payment methods appear in Paddle checkout. A live Pro subscription renews monthly until canceled. There is no free trial or usage-based overage. Sandbox checkout is a test and does not create a production purchase.
Paid access is activated after we receive verified completed-payment and active-subscription notifications from Paddle. If confirmation is delayed, refresh billing status; do not buy again. Contact support if access is not delivered. The current checkout and Paddle Buyer Terms govern your payment to Paddle, the merchant of record.
Cancellation, failed payments and refunds
Use Manage billing in your workspace, the portal linked in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle buyer support to cancel, update payment details and access invoices. Sign in using the secure link Paddle sends to your billing email. A scheduled cancellation retains Pro access until the paid period ends. Past-due, paused, expired or canceled subscriptions return to Free. A confirmed refund or chargeback affecting the paid period also removes the corresponding Pro access; your saved data is not immediately deleted.
Request refunds through Paddle buyer support or contact us for help with non-delivery or service issues. Paddle's applicable refund terms and your statutory rights apply. We do not promise an automatic refund by pressing Cancel. A cancellation stops future renewal; it is not itself a refund request.
Your data after a downgrade
You can read, export and delete existing history after returning to Free. If existing project or revision counts exceed Free limits, saves are paused until you upgrade or bring the project count within the Free limit; a project with more than two retained revisions stays read-only on Free. We do not silently discard that history on downgrade.
After 90 days without workspace activity or a verified completed payment, stored projects, revisions and sessions may be deleted when there is no current paid Pro access. Export your data before leaving. Deleting browser cookies does not delete server data or cancel a subscription. See the privacy policy for storage, billing records and deletion requests.
Support and changes
Contact contact@agentcollusion.ai for service or privacy issues. Include a description and a payment transaction reference when relevant, but never your workspace key or card credentials. We will make material service or pricing changes clear before they affect a future purchase or renewal; applicable notice and consent requirements still apply. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
