What this comparison covers

Skill IDs and effective input/output modes; interface URLs, bindings, protocol versions, tenants and preference; card and skill authentication requirements; scheme definitions; advertised capabilities. Custom fields and extensions are compared as opaque declarations for manual review.

Skill order, mode order and authentication alternative/scope order do not create changes. Human-readable metadata, tags, examples and signatures are excluded. A v0.3-to-v1 migration needs a separate review. A clean result does not establish runtime behavior, interoperability or security.

Did this catch a real release issue? Share feedback through the optional developer pilot. Local comparisons are not automatically counted as pilot activity.
